Privacy Policy

Sahbo stores only the data required to provide its features.

What we store

Server and channel/role identifiers, your configuration, moderation cases, XP and economy balances, and Discord user IDs needed to attribute them. We do not store message content except transient caches needed for logging features you enable, and ticket transcripts you choose to keep.

Dashboard sign-in

Sign-in is handled by Clerk. We use your Discord OAuth token only to read which servers you can manage.

Retention and deletion

Removing the bot marks the server inactive. Contact support to request deletion of a server's data.
